性质:坯体较致密,施釉的白坯或浅色坯的陶器。按坯体性质可分为硬质精陶(长石质精陶)和软质精陶(石灰石质精陶),按用途可为日用精陶及建筑卫生精陶等。以黏土、长石、石英为原料,常用半干压法,可塑法及注浆法成型。坯体素烧温度为1240~1280℃,一般素烧温度1060~1150℃。也有采用不经素烧的“一次烧成”法制造,但工艺要求高,制品质量常不及素烧产品。生产精陶通常采用“二次烧成”法。
