性质:又称聚酰胺1212(polyamide 1212)或尼龙1212(nylon1212)。含有十二烷二酰与十二烷二胺交替相连结构的脂肪族聚酰胺。具有突出的低温柔韧性,是聚酰胺中吸水性最低的产品。相对密度1.02,熔融温度184℃,热变形温度(1.82MPa)52℃或(0.63MPa)150℃;拉伸强度(MPa)54~60.8;常温断裂伸长率(23℃)270%,-40℃时仍有239%,优于其他聚酰胺;吸水性(水中24h)0.2%。由十二烷基二胺与十二烷基二酸共缩聚制得。可用多种方法成型加工。主要用作汽车燃料系统和油压系统的零部件;机械和电子零部件等。
