RESULTS Eleven compouds were isolated and identified as shizukanolide(Ⅰ) , furanodienone (Ⅱ) , lupeol (Ⅲ) , 24-hydroxylupeol (Ⅳ) , pinostrobin (Ⅴ) , 2 , 6 -dihydroxy-4 -methoxydihydrochalcone (Ⅵ), 7-rnethylnaringenin(Ⅶ) , eleutheroside B1 (Ⅷ), 3,4-dihydroxybenzonic acid(Ⅸ), palmitic acid(Ⅹ) and β-sitosterol(Ⅺ), respectively.
结果从草珊瑚中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:银线草内酯(Ⅰ),呋喃二烯酮(Ⅱ),羽扇豆醇(Ⅲ),24-羟基羽扇豆醇(Ⅳ),异美五针松二氢黄酮(Ⅴ),2’,6’-二羟基-4’-甲氧基二氢查耳酮(Ⅵ),7-甲基柚皮素(Ⅶ),刺木骨苷B1(Ⅷ),3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(Ⅸ),棕榈酸(Ⅹ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅺ)。

Microsomes were prepared from etiolated wheat seedlings pretreated with 5%(v/v) ethanol and 10mmol/L Pyribambenz-propyl for 24h at 25℃ in a dark and reacted with [C ring-U-()~(14)C] pyribambenz-propyl).
用5%乙醇和10mmol/L丙酯草醚诱导的小麦黄化苗茎部制备微粒体,与[C环-U1-4C]丙酯草醚保温反应,产物经乙酸乙酯萃取,HPLC-LSC分离测定,最后用HPLC-MS鉴定其分子结构,发现了3种与Smiles重排相关的14C标记丙酯草醚代谢物(Y1,Y2和Y3),据此推测丙酯草醚在小麦微粒体(细胞色素P450酶系)的作用下进行了羟基化。

性质:又称银线草内酯丙。无色棱柱状结晶(由丙酮中)。熔点159~160℃。溶于甲醇和氯仿。植物来源有金粟兰科植物银线草(Chloranthus japonicus Sicb.),C. mandshuricus Rupr,Tricercandra japonica(Sieb.)Nakai的根,全缘金粟兰[Chloranthus holostegius(Hand-Mazz) Pei et Shan ]。对小鼠淋巴肉瘤L-5178Y细胞具有细胞毒活性。
