RESULTS Five compounds were elucidated as(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-2,4-dichlorobenzoate(Ⅰ),N-phenyl-2-naphthylamine(Ⅱ),5-hydroxy-3,6,7,3',4'-pentamethoxyflavone(Ⅲ),5-hydroxy-6,7,3',4'-tetramethoxyflavone(Ⅳ) and 4-ethoxybenzoic acid(Ⅴ).
结果从孔石莼石油醚部位分得5个化合物,分别鉴定为(2,4-二氯苯基)-2,4-二氯苯甲酸酯[(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-2,4-dichlorobenzoate,Ⅰ]、N-苯基-2-萘胺(N-phenyl-2-naphthylamine,Ⅱ)、5-羟基-3,6,7,3′,4′-五甲氧基黄酮(5-hydroxy-3,6,7,3′,4′-pentamethoxyflavone,Ⅲ)、5-羟基-6,7,3′,4′-四甲氧基黄酮(5-hydroxy-6,7,3′,4′-tetrame-thoxyflavone,Ⅳ)和对乙氧基苯甲酸(4-ethoxybenzoic acid,Ⅴ)。

We choosed N-phenyl-2-naphthylamine as allelochemical and Chlorella vulgaris as experimental objects,through the changes of antioxidant enzyme activity and mRNA abundance levels to study the toxic mechanism of allelochemicals.
