Methods Twenty-two cases in treatment group were treated with "Fuzheng Huayu Capsule" and Lamivudine and 26 cases in control group were treated with "Fufang Yiganling" and "Hugan Tablet";the clinical efficacy,liver function,HBV-DNA load,serum HA,LNPCⅢ,Ⅳ-C,diameter and blood flow of portal vein,and splenic vein diameter were observed.
方法治疗组22例采用扶正化瘀胶囊结合拉米夫定治疗,对照组26例以复方益肝灵或护肝片治疗,疗程均为6个月。
