The title compound(2) was rapidly prepared in solvent-free under microwave irradiation from m-trifluromethylaniline and 6,7-dimethyloxy-4-chloroquinazoline(1) which was smoothly obtained by one-pot procedure involved with 6-aminoveratric acid and formamide in the presence of phosphorus trichloride oxide.
以6-氨基藜芦酸和甲酰胺为起始原料,在三氯氧磷存在下经“一锅法”直接合成了6,7-二甲氧基-4-氯喹唑啉(1),1与间三氟甲基苯胺在无溶剂条件下经微波辐射得到标题化合物,其结构经1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析确证,并测定了其体外抗肿瘤活性。
