性质:白色结晶。相对密度1.636。约溶于12份冷水、3份沸水;微溶于乙醇。0.05M水溶液在25℃时的pH=4.005。在295-300℃分解。

制备方法:取660g苛性钾(85%),溶于1L水中。加热,搅拌下分次加入邻苯二甲酸酐1480g,加热反应0.5h,过滤。将滤液浓缩至饱和,放冷至室温,吸滤出结晶,干燥,得成品。

用途:用作pH测定的缓冲剂、分析基准物质。
