To study whether there is similar emetic reflex area with non-emetic animals of rat and the similarity and difference between them, we used immnohistochemical technique to study the distribution of Fos-like immunoreactivity (Fos-LI) neurons in the nucleus of brain and spinal cord which are relate to emetic after intraperitoneal injection of emetic drug(cisplatin) in the rat.
