性质:紫红色粉状,水中溶解度,50℃时为100g/L,20℃时为60g/L。水溶液呈红色,加1N氢氧化钠溶液仍为红色,再加保险粉并温热,成浅黄色,继加过硼酸钠不能回复至原来色泽。在浓硫酸中呈经色,稀释后仍为红色,并有微量沉淀;在浓硝酸中呈红色,稀释后仍为红色,在稀氢氧化钠溶液中呈大红色。属含一氯均三嗪活性基的单偶氮类活性染料。

制备方法:由H酸(即1-氨基-8-萘酚-3,6-二磺酸)与三聚氯氰进行第一次缩合,而后与邻氨基苯磺酸重氮盐偶合,再与邻氯苯胺进行第二次缩合,最后经盐析、过滤、干燥等处理过程,而制得产品。原料消耗(kg/t)H酸 330三聚氯氰 178邻氨基苯磺酸 170邻氯苯胺 120盐酸 75亚硝酸钠 65纯碱 150氯化钾 500精盐 570

用途:适用于棉、麻、粘胶等纤维及其织物的染色和印花,也可用于蚕丝、羊毛织物的印花,还可用于维纶的印染。采用二浴法可染涤/棉混纺布,即先用分散染为高压染涤纶组分,清洗后再用活性艳红K-2BP套染棉组分。宜染中、深色泽,可与活性嫩黄K-4G、艳橙K-GN、艳红K-2G、艳蓝K-GR拼色。
