制备方法:2-亚氨基-1,3-二硫戊环盐酸盐与O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯在苯-水混合溶剂中搅拌,在约半小时内加入乙酸钠水溶液,搅拌后静置分层,分离苯层,水层用乙醚萃取一次,合并苯-醚层,用稀碳酸钠溶液和水洗涤,干燥,用石油醚洗,结晶,得产品。原料消耗定额:2-亚氨基-1,3-二硫戊环盐酸盐1080kg/t、O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯1300kg/t。
用途:内吸性杀虫性,用于防治刺吸式口器害虫,螨和鳞翅目幼虫。该药剂在土壤、植物和动物体内无持效性,在N-P键处代谢,变成无毒的可溶于水的化合物。
