性质:桔红色结晶或结晶性粉末。熔点不低于220℃(分解)。微溶于水、乙醇,不溶于乙醚、氯仿。其水杨酸钠盐([1305-01-9])为桔红色粉末,熔点196- 197.5℃(分解),25℃时在水中溶解度0.61mg/ml,不溶于乙醚、氯仿,10%水溶液的pH值为6.7-7.3。

制备方法:肾上腺素盐酸盐经氧化、环合,缩合而得。

用途:止血药。用于持发性紫班症、遗传性毛细管扩张及防止肺、肾、肠、脑、子宫出血。
