Objectives To observe the clinical effects of treatment with low-dose L-thyroxin in the aged patients with congestive heart failure (CHF).

制备方法：将9.30gN-乙酰基-L-二碘醋氨酰胺悬浮于100ml0.05mol/L硼酸和100ml乙醇中，用2mol氢氧化钠溶液调至pH10.5，使固体物溶解。加入15%（重量）一结晶水硫酸镁充氧加热至44℃，充氧保温约24h后收集沉淀物，分除催化剂，得N-乙酰基-L-甲状腺素酰胺，收率30.6%。在冰乙酸-盐酸内回流水解，除去二个酰胺基，得L-甲状腺素钠盐。
用途：该品为甲状腺激素。
