性质:无色液体。凝固点-19℃,沸点132.7℃,相对密度0.7660(20/4℃),折光率1.4180,闪点8℃。能与乙醇、乙醚混溶,微溶于水。有氨臭。

制备方法:由甲基正已基甲酮肟用五氯化磷处理而得。将甲基正已基甲酮肟于乙醚中用五氯化磷处理,然后加水搅匀后分层。重排生成的N-乙酰正乙胺溶在乙醚中,将乙醚层分出。蒸馏回收乙醚,剩余的油状液用氢氧化钾稀溶液水解,再进行蒸馏。收集130-133℃馏分即得己胺。

用途:用作有机合成中间体。
