    分子式C7H10N4O2S,分子量214.19。又称磺胺胍或氨苯磺酰胍。简称SG。白色针状结晶粉末。无臭无味,遇日光照射颜色逐渐变深。熔点190~193℃。微溶于水、乙醇、丙酮,溶于稀无机酸和沸水,不溶于冷氢氧化钠溶液,能治疗各种细菌性痢疾、肠炎,也可用于防止在肠道手术前的细菌感染等。可由磺胺和硝酸胍在纯碱中熔融,减压缩合制得。
