水溶性氨基树脂是由尿素、硫脲和三聚氰胺与甲醛共缩聚、再部分甲醚化制得。结构式为无色透明粘性液体。水溶性好，可以无限稀释。具有较高的活性，加入固化剂可于高温下迅速固化。固化产物硬度大，耐热、耐水、耐溶剂。用于配制硬挺树脂胶粘剂，制造服装衬布。还可配制装饰板贴面胶粘剂。贮存于阴凉、通风的库房内，贮存期6个月。
