1 Objective:The key point of this paper is to investigate the effect of\'Compound extract of Chinese medicine"and exercise training on serum free radical metabolism,the system of antioxidant capacity.
研究目的为探讨“复方中药提取物”对运动大鼠自由基代谢和抗氧化系统能力的影响,认识在不同功能状态下自由基的代谢规律以及自由基清除剂的作用机理,为开发一种能够有效提高机体抗氧化能力、抑制脂质过氧化、延缓运动性疲劳、安全无毒副作用的“复方中药提取物”及为全民健身和运动训练提供一定的科学依据而进行研究。

选用两种在山东省普遍使用的中等毒力IBD活疫苗,将240只试验用商品鸡分成12组,分别在12日龄和19日龄两次免疫,同时在11日龄时用复合中草药提取物饮水,连用7 d,二免后13 d人工接种vvIBDV,连续观察14 d。
