According to the investigation of the damaging status of the refractory materials used in CDQ slope air course and the characteristics of the dry quenching oven,it suggested that the short life time and frequent repair of the dry quenching oven are caused by unstable quality and irrational model design of the refractory bricks,and also the low bonding strength of the refractory mortar.
在调查和分析干熄炉斜道区支撑梁耐火材料破损状况的基础上,结合干熄炉工艺特点,针对目前使用耐火砖质量不稳定、砖型设计不合理以及耐火泥浆黏结强度低等缺陷导致的干熄炉寿命短、维修频繁等问题,进行了系统研究,提出了改进砖型结构、选用优质塞隆结合碳化硅砖、提高耐火泥浆常温黏结强度、严格控制耐火材料的施工质量等系统改进方案。
