Many high-grade steels are made in bloom mold,so this paper set a coupled mathematical model including fluid flow,heat transfer with solidification,inclusion movement in bloom mold with area of 380mm~*280mm.
目前,许多高端钢种需用大方坯连铸机生产,因此本文针对380mm×280mm断面的大方坯,采用数值模拟的方法,建立了包括钢液流动、传热、凝固和夹杂物运动在内的耦合模型,在此基础上深入细致地研究了单孔型、双孔型以及四孔型三种浸入式水口对结晶器内的钢液流场、温度场、凝固坯壳厚度分布以及非金属夹杂物运动的影响。

本文在建立了钢液流动、带凝固的传热、夹杂物运动以及电磁场耦合计算模型的基础上,研究了单条型恒稳电磁制动器对大方坯结晶器冶金性能的影响,分析和对比了有无电磁制动的结晶器内钢液的流动、传热、凝固和夹杂物上浮情况。

Considering the influence of porous media in mush, a three dimension coupled solidification mathematical model and the trajectories equation of inclusions was developed and the model was used with CFX F3D commercial software to study the trajectories of inclusions in solidification of square billet.
考虑糊状区多孔介质对流动的影响 ,建立了三维凝固耦合模型和夹杂物运动轨迹方程 ,并与CFX F3D软件包相结合 ,对方坯凝固过程中夹杂物颗粒的运动轨迹进行了数值模拟·结果表明 :夹杂物颗粒在结晶器凝固过程中的运动轨迹与夹杂物在水口处的初始位置、夹杂物直径和结晶器内的流场特性有关 ;微观夹杂物易滞留于铸坯中 ,不易排除 ,直径较大的大颗粒夹杂物易于上浮排除 ;凝固对夹杂物的运动轨迹有显著影响 ,有利于夹杂物上浮去除 ;流场是影响夹杂物运动轨迹的主要因素

The fault between the impurities containing Zr and matrix is not formed during the rolling process but are depend on the microstructure after rolling.
含锆夹杂物与基体间的缝隙,不是在轧制时形成的,而是在轧后由相变后的组织决定的:有铁素体等软质相组织的钢中,夹杂物与基体的缝隙较小;主要由板条等硬质相组成的钢中,夹杂物与基体的缝隙较大。

There were mainly two types of non-metallic inclusions in the steels,which were the MnS-MnO typed inclusions and TiN-VN typed inclusions.

The microstructure and non-metallic inclusions in the medium thickness CC slab of 135 mm were observed and analyzed by using optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy.
本文利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对鞍钢中薄板坯连铸连轧机组生产的135mm厚度铸坯的铸态组织结构和夹杂物形貌进行了检验分析,结果显示:中薄板坯的铸态组织结构与传统厚板坯相近,由表面细小等轴晶区、柱状晶区和心部等轴晶区三部分组成。
