精子活力
精子活力系指精子活动的能力或强度。活动的精子是穿透宫颈黏液,进入输卵管并与卵细胞结合的最基本条件,因此是精液常规分析内容之一。显微镜下将精子活动强度分为3级:原地活动为1级,曲线运动为2级,直线快速前进为3级,3级表示活力最强。对精子活动的深入研究还有显微摄影术,显微摄像术,定时暴光照相术及计算机对精子活力评判系统,但只作为研究而不作常规检查之用。
