Twenty four adult female Mongolia sheep were randomly allocated two groups with different light control (simulating the illumination condition of breeding season and natural light) in non-breeding season.
试验结束当天对绵羊采血,利用酶联免疫法和放射免疫法测定绵羊血液中的褪黑激素(melatonin,MLT)、促黄体素(luteinizing hormone,LH)和促卵泡素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)的浓度,研究光照控制对上述激素在血液中浓度的影响。

Effects of light control on the concentration and secretion of melatonin(MLT),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) in blood serum of Mongolian sheep were studied by simulating the light condition before and after breeding season of sheep,and the control effect of light condition on sheep during breeding season was investigated.
通过模拟绵羊繁殖季节前后的光照条件,研究光照控制对蒙古绵羊血液褪黑激素(MLT)、促卵泡素(FSH)、促黄体素(LH)浓度分泌的影响,探讨光照条件在控制绵羊繁殖季节中的作用。
