*厌氧菌感染引起的败血症。新生儿和青年多见。临床表现为高热、寒战、大汗；严重者发生休克、黄疸、DIC；局部病灶有气体形成，分泌物特殊腐败臭味，以及血栓性静脉炎，严重溶血性贫血，肺、肝、脑脓肿等。治疗可针对病因。脆弱类杆菌宜采用氯霉素和氯林可霉素，与灭滴灵合用；类杆厌氧链球菌和产气荚膜杆菌选用青霉素G；厌氧细菌与需氧细菌所致的混合败血症宜采用氯霉素或氯林可霉素与氨基甙类抗生素联合使用。
