【原料】
主料：鳖1只，约800克。配料：枸杞子30克，淮山药30克，女贞子15克，熟地15克。调料：料酒、精盐、葱段、姜片、猪油、鸡汤各适量。
【制作过程】
①将鳖宰杀，去内脏，放入热水中浸泡，去皮膜，去壳斩成5块，下沸水锅，焯去血水，捞出，洗净。枸杞子、淮山药、女贞子、熟地分别去杂，洗净。
②锅中注入鸡汤，加入鳖块、药物、料酒、盐、葱段、姜片，煮至鳖肉熟烂，拣去葱、姜，淋上猪油即成。
