On the basis of analysis of current research of network quality of service (QoS) architecture, this paper proposed a IP DSLAM-based QoS architecture frame work and a forwarding-policy solution scheme which can realize the priority level forwarding, and gave a detail description of the application principle of two important forwading-polices.
