In this study, 125 samples of the 25 natural Korean pine (Pinus koraiensis) populations which distributed in Liao ning, Ji lin and Hei longjiang provinces of China were used for Molecular phylogeography research.
本文以分布于我国辽宁、吉林、黑龙江三省的25个天然红松(Pinus koraiensis)种群共125个个体为材料进行分子系统地理学研究,通过DNA提取、纯化、RFLP-PCR、限制性内切酶酶切、PCR产物测序以及对测序结果进行比对分析,最终获得了叶绿体DNA非编码区psbA-trnH序列的变异情况,建立单倍型系统进化树,结合各种群的地理分布,探讨我国东北地区天然红松系统发育地理模式,初步推测第四纪冰期来临时我国天然红松可能的冰期避难所以及冰期后的扩散情况。
