The stipulations in the system of real right of land with resources haven’t been a perfect system in China, and most stipulations are embodied in the resources laws which has relation to land.

Vulnerability of land resources makes soil erosion and rocky desertification happen easily,and diffcult to resist natural calamities,harmony between social economy and entironment becomes weak accordingly.
