医患关系


  病人与医师、护士之间的相互关系,是在临床诊疗过程中形成的人际关系。泛指所有医务人员与患者及其家属等有关人员的关系。它是临床诊疗工作的一个基本问题。也是促使患者与医生合作、克服病痛的重要手段。包括技术性和非技术性两部分。前者指在决定和报告医疗措施时的主动与被动;后者指医患心理和社会方面的关系,包括服务态度和医疗作风等。
