In view of contrary phenomenon and hidden risks existing in rural financial system in China,this paper analyzes the strategic behaviors in rural fiancial supervision.

By studying the status of supervision on non-government finance in rural areas in Taiwan,also by comparing it with that in Chinese mainland,the author tries to sum up some experiences for the supervision on non-government finance in the rural areas in Chinese mainland.

A research on innovation of the rural management mechanism in the north Fujian;

The report put forward such suggestions concerning rural management measures as stopping the rural canteens,changing the food management in the rural area,canceling the provision system,dividing farming oxen and tools to the teams,increasing farmers land for personal needs,contracting farming production,restoring the cooperative society of provision and distribut.

It is pointed out that the farmer division makes the rural management being gradually more law-based,and plays a great role in promoting countryside resident income,especially the salary of immigrant workers becomes the important source for improving the rural economy development.
