Although a few researches have started to pay attention to the driving force and mechanisms behind governance arrangement, these studies have not distinguish the "Mandatory Governance"(MG) complying with laws and regulations, and the "Voluntary Governance"(VG) which is company\'s voluntary behavior above the compliance status.
早期的研究主要集中于治理模式的相互比较以及是否趋同等,而目前对于公司层面治理差异的研究正大量出现,主要以公司治理评价以及在此基础上对公司治理有效性的研究为主,尽管有少量的研究开始关注公司治理安排背后的动力和机制,但这一些文献没有区分公司遵守法律法规的“强制性治理”和合规基础上自主改善治理状况的“自主性治理”,正是基于这一点,我们引进了“强制性治理”和“自主性治理”的核心概念,并对影响公司治理行为的因素进行了理论和实证的分析。

癫痫发作的一个临床类型。发作以自主神经症状为主，临床表现多种多样，但每个病儿的各次发作症状类似。可表现为，如腹痛、恶心、饥饿感、渴感、尿意、便意、呕吐、肠鸣、腹泻、呃逆、流涎等。也可表现为心血管或呼吸的异常，还可表现为温调节异常、发作性头痛、头晕、耳鸣、眼花等。以头痛发作为主的又称头痛型癫痫，以腹痛发作为主的又称腹型癫痫。脑电图可见各种癫痫波或14～16次/s阳性棘波。诊断须除外其他器质性疾患并据抗癫痫治疗有效。药物可用苯巴比妥或苯妥英钠、痛可定。
