遗址位于新疆 阿勒泰地区哈巴河县加依勒玛乡齐德哈仁渡口附近。目前在遗址中采集的石制品有200余件，较多的是石片和细石叶，还有石核、石镟、石钻、凿形石器、石珠等。
齐德哈仁细石器遗址采集的石制品大多数加工精细，表现出了制作技艺的熟练。石镞、刮削器都比较规整，也表现出了一些传统性的形式。考古专家推测遗址的年代距今约七八千年。遗址中采集的石制品，从文化传统工艺上讲，属于非典型几何形石器文化传统。石制品还出现了装饰石珠，说明居民懂得了爱美，用石珠来装扮自己。
齐德哈仁是目前所知新疆境内最北的一个细石器遗址，它的发现不仅填补了本地区无细石器的空白，而且将阿勒泰地区的人类活动提前了数千年。
