To prepare the mandril of SiO_2 optical fiber perform which have lower attenuation,we selected TEOS as raw material,C_2H_5OH and H_2O admixture as menstruum, HCl and CH_3NO as additive, prepared the mandril dry-gel material of SiO_2 optical fiber perform with SG(sol-gel)and studied primarily into additive,heat treatment temperature,time,heating-up velocity impact on SiO_2 dry-gel.
为制备低衰减的SiO_2光纤预制棒芯棒,本课题研究了以正硅酸乙酯为硅源,乙醇和水的混合物为溶剂,盐酸和甲酰胺为添加剂,采用SG(sol-gel)工艺制备SiO_2光纤预制棒芯棒的“干胶”材料的工艺,侧重研究添加剂及热处理温度、时间、升温速率对制备SiO_2干胶的性能影响。
