c3i是军队指挥自动化的英文缩写，即指挥、控制与通信，（c4i再加上计算机）。也就是说在军事指挥体系中，用用以电脑为核心的技术装备与指挥人员相结合，对部队和武器实施指挥与控制的“人一机”系统。
