PSD (Position-Sensitive Detector) Phase Measurement Technology has advantages such as simple circuit, high-precision detection and good anti-jamming capability.
本文在概括和总结PSD横向光电效应两种模型的基础上,利用PSD的RC传输线模型,对PSD相位法定位原理进行了推导,通过Matlab数值模拟得出PSD两电极的相位差与光点位置之间有显著的线性;设计了PSD相位法多光束同步检测系统的处理电路及软件采集程序,完成了系统搭建及调试;用一维和二维PSD做了单光束和多光束标定及对比实验,验证了理论推导,得出了若干重要结论。
