【原料】
菠菜300克，鸡蛋2个，水发粉丝100克，水发海米20克，醋1汤匙，蒜末1茶匙，味精、盐、香油各适量。
【制作过程】
1、将鸡蛋打入碗中，加少许盐搅匀。炒锅内放入少许油，将油加热，把鸡蛋液倒入锅内，转动炒锅，让鸡蛋液在炒锅内摊开，摊成象煎饼似的蛋皮，摊好后揭下，略煎另一面，取出切成5公分长的丝待用。 2、把已用开水泡透的粉丝切成10公分长的段，放入大碗中待用；将水发海米也放入盛粉丝的碗中。 3、将菠菜摘洗干净，切成5公分长的段，在沸水中略烫，捞出马上用凉开水过凉，之后挤干水分，放入盛粉丝的碗里待用。 4、将醋、盐、味精、香油、蒜末、蛋皮丝依次放入碗中，调拌均匀后装盘即可。
