Various passivation agents were introduced into fluids for preparing Cr-free Dacromet coating,aiming at forming compact passivation film and increasing corrosion resistance of the coating.

As a hydrogen evolution inhibitor,phytic acid can extend the storage life of Cr-free Dacromet paints efficiently up to 20 d and have no harm to the protective property of the paint.
结果表明:锌粉的析氢活性顺序为:片状>球状>锌粒;植酸可以有效的降低片状锌粉的析氢量(93%),其最佳浓度为(5g/L);以植酸为析氢抑制剂配制无铬达克罗涂料,有效的提高了涂料的储存稳定性(20天),同时植酸的加入并未降低涂层的防护性能。
