第一次联合国人类环境会议又称斯德哥尔摩人类环境会议，简称人类环境会议。联合国于1972年6月5日一16日在瑞典首都斯德哥尔摩召开的一次全球性环境保护会议。会议有113个国家的代表以及各主要国际机构的代表共1 200多人参加，日的在于对环境问题取得共识和制定共同的原则，以鼓励和指导各国人民保护和改善人类环境。会议审议并通过了由环境会议筹备委员会起一草的人类环境会议宣言草案，包括1帕项建议的《人类环境行动计划》和关于环境保护间题的4项决议。会议建议联合国建_、乞管理人类环境的组织机构，即现在的联合国环境规划署.并建议联合国将每年的6月5日定为世界环境日。人类环境会议的召开对全球环境保护的开展产生了深远的影响，大大促进了环境保护的国际合作中国派代表团参加了这次会议。
