指大鱼际，是皮肤纹理掌纹中的一种。掌纹分五部分：①大鱼际，位于拇指的下方。②小鱼际，位于小指下方。③指间区(Ⅰ1-Ⅰ4）。④在第二、三、四、五指基部各有一个三叉点，即三叉点a、三叉点b、三叉点c和三叉点 d。由各三叉点又分别引出主线A、B、c和D。⑤位于手掌基部正中部位则有一三叉点。
