It is verified in practical operation that the one-shot actuation rate of plasma igniters is up to 99%;the system is dependable and enables zero oil consumption in the whole process of trial operation,thus bringing remarkable socio-economic benefits.

Through heat balance analysis in the start-up process of unit,the optimization in pipe-blowing technology under stable pressure has been carried out,the pipe-blowing technology under stable pressure with zero oil consumption for supercritical once-through boiler being realized,boasting remarkable economic benefits.

If the R & D on technical integration of high ethanol concentration fermentation, methane fermentation technique, steam and electricity co-generation system, new distillation technology, and the wastewater reutilization, is carried out continuously, the proposed "zero energy consumption and wastewater" technique could be realized in fuel ethanol production process.
