With the analysis on the water shortage situation in Shanxi Loess Plateau, this paper puts forward a mechanized technology system for highly efficient use of rainfall in dry farmland of Shanxi Loess Plateau which integrates the essential technologies of stalk mulching, deep loosing and furrow drilling along the two sides of film with the development of new pattern and key farm implements.
