方法:采用热压法炮制大黄,制备三黄泻心汤,通过抑菌试验、泻下实验、小肠推进实验、对小鼠实热便秘模型的影响,对生大黄与热压大黄和生大黄泻心汤与热压大黄泻心汤进行比较。
