The changes of endogenous indol-3-acetic acid(IAA),gibberellins(GA3),zeatin(ZT),abscisin acid(ABA) content and ratio during the period of fruit growth and development in Zaomi pear by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) were studied,and the relations between endogenous hormones and fruit growth and development were discussed.
