本研究以黑龙江省内(高寒地区)唯一可以越冬的冬小麦东农冬麦1号为材料和在山东地区推广但无法在黑龙江省内安全越冬的冬小麦济麦22为对照,分别在自然条件下,5℃,0℃,-10℃,-20℃,-25℃的温度各自对其可溶性总蛋白以及非质体蛋白进行提取,研究,并通过观察蛋白对冰晶的修饰作用来探讨东农冬麦1号的抗寒机理。
