The characteristics of photosynthesis, growth, anddevelopment of Chaling wild rice were studied with thesuper-high yield and high-yield cultivated rice(Liangyoupeijiu, Shanyou63, V46, 93-11, Nipponbare) ascontrols.
结果表明:(1)在分蘖期,控制条件下(光强为1500μmolphotons·m~(-2)·s~(-1),CO_2浓度为400μumol·mol~(-1),温度为30℃),茶陵野生稻的净光合速率(P_n)明显高于威优46,与两优培九、93-11及日本晴相差不大,但比汕优63低;在自然条件下(5月中下旬光温条件),茶陵野生稻P_n一日中各个时间点都比栽培稻高,尤其是下午,其P_n显著比栽培稻高,表现出明显的优势;根据Pn-PAR(有效光辐射)曲线,茶陵野生稻的最大净光合速率为29。
