In order to clarify the impact of temperature on the sealed broods development of honeybee,we placed worker s sealed brood of Apis cerana cerane Fabricius and Apis mellifera ligustica Spinola in incubators,which held constant different temperatures,and treated them at 24℃for certain hours.
为了弄清温度对蜜蜂封盖子发育的影响,本文以中华蜜蜂和意大利蜜蜂的工蜂和雄蜂封盖子为研究对象,进行恒温和低温24℃处理实验,研究了温度对蜜蜂封盖子死亡率、发育畸形率、吻长、右前翅面积、3+4背板长以及发育历期、羽化蜜蜂初生重的影响。

The present researches concentrated on effect of temperature on the developmental period, abnormity and mortality rate,morphological parameters of the sealed broods.
在温度对封盖子的影响研究中,目前主要研究的是温度对封盖子发育历期、死亡率、畸形率、外部形态等方面的影响。

Worker s sealed broods of Apis cerana cerane and Apis mellifera ligustica were incubated at temperature from 28℃ to 39℃.
中华蜜蜂和意大利蜜蜂的工蜂封盖子分别在28～39℃条件下发育,发育的适温区为 32～36℃,最适宜温度为35℃；发育温度低于31℃或高于37℃将出现大于50%的畸形或死亡；在29～38℃范围内,随着发育温度的升高,中华蜜蜂和意大利蜜蜂工蜂封盖子发育历期均缩短；意大利蜜蜂工蜂的各形态指标在35℃时最大,随着温度的升高或降低,各形态指标减小；温度对中华蜜蜂工蜂封盖子的形态指标除吻长外无显著影响。

According to this feature,transient thermal conductivity of cluster and contact heat transfer coefficient of boundary between cluster and kiln wall are deduced,then heat transfer coefficient between material and covered wall is obtained.
根据回转窑内物料颗粒的运动特点,推导了颗粒团在贴壁运动过程中的非稳态导热系数及界面处的接触传热系数,进而得出了物料与封盖窑壁间的换热系数;结合已有研究成果,建立了回转窑的传热数学模型。
