extracted with petroleum ether,which were identified as n-octacosanol(Ⅰ),eicosane acid(Ⅱ),the mixture of stigmasta-5,22-dien-3β-ol(Ⅲ_a) and β-sitosterol(Ⅲ_b) with means of physicochemical properities and spectroscopic analysis.
结果分离得到4个化合物,经鉴定为正二十八烷醇(n-octacosanol,Ⅰ)、二十烷酸(e icosane ac id,Ⅱ)、△5,22-豆甾烯醇(stigm asta-5,22-d ien-3β-ol,Ⅲa)和β-谷甾醇(-βsitosterol,Ⅲb)。
