Objective: To disscuss feasibility and curative effect of internal fixation with Kirschner wires in the sulius for ulnar nerve in the treatment of Gartland Ⅲ supracondylar fracture of humerus.
目的:探讨尺神经沟置针与桡侧克氏针交叉固定治疗GartlandⅢ型肱骨髁上骨折的可行性及疗效。

尺神经麻痹
ulnar paralysis
即尺神经病损所造成的上肢麻痹。表现为屈腕能力减弱，环指和小指的末节不能屈曲，很快产生多数手肌萎缩变平坦，拇指不能内收，各指不能互相靠拢，掌指关节过伸，第4、5指的指间关节弯曲(即出现“爪形手”），精细动作发生困难，感觉丧失以手内侧缘为重。在肘关节后方的尺神经沟内、尺神经位置表浅、该处易发生尺神经损伤。
