接触式双对比胆道造影术
X线检查方法之一。一般术中胆道造影是将片匣放于病人背下，会影响胆总管远端的显示。而接触式双对比胆道造影采用特殊形状暗匣装入袋内密封并消毒，于术中放入十二指肠第二段的下面，然后经胆囊管插入聚乙烯导管于胆总管内，先注入经高压消毒的50%硫酸钡混悬液，随后快速注入15ml气体，用小型X线机行低仟伏摄影，造影后用生理盐水冲洗胆道。其优点是并发症少，可显示一般术中胆道造影未显示的结石。
