经皮膀胱造瘘与尿道扩张术


  介入放射学技术。经耻骨上穿刺膀胱造瘘和经瘘道行尿道的扩张成形技术。主要适应证是尿道梗阻、膀胱尿潴留、尿道导尿管不能插入者。经皮造瘘可对膀胱进行长期引流,对部分尿道狭窄的扩张失败后也可通过膀胱造瘘顺行扩张。
