Purpose: Probe into the mechanism of immediate result ofscalp-acupuncture on acute cerebral infarction at the point ofneurophys io l ogy.
本实验采用Zea-longa线栓法在Wistar大鼠身上复制大脑中动脉梗塞模型，应用头穴针刺为治疗手段，以中枢神经元的放电活动为观测指标，观察比较梗塞前后及头穴针刺前后，梗塞周围不同部位中枢神经元放电活动的变化，从神经细胞电生理学角度探讨了头穴针刺治疗急性脑梗塞即刻效应的作用机理。

透穴法 透穴法 刺法名。即透穴而刺，一针多穴的刺法。又称透针法、透刺法。其法为刺入某穴后，将针尖刺抵相邻近的穴位，但不可穿透皮肤。又可沿皮浅透法，如地仓透颊车；直向深透法，如内关透外关、阳陵泉透阴陵泉等。透穴法有较好的临床效果，《玉龙歌》：“偏正头风痛难医，丝竹金针亦可施，沿皮向后透率谷，一针两穴世间稀。”
