| 兽医针灸 中国传统兽医学的治疗手段之一。包括针术和灸术（见针灸）。商周时代已普遍使用针灸疗法。周代疗兽疡的方法即为针药兼施。隋代兽医针灸著作《马经孔穴图》问世。唐代《司牧安骥集》中收载有春秋时代的针灸专篇《伯乐针经》，并有穴名图及表明马体经络形型的六阴六阳图。明代的《元亨疗马集》、清代的《养耕集》等著作均有针灸专篇。中华人民共和国建立后，在发掘和继承传统经验的基础上，通过大量临床和实验研究，在针刺抗炎、针刺麻醉、针治母畜不孕症等方面积累了不少经验，兽医针灸疗法又有新的进展，并在国际上受到了广泛重视。 中国传统兽医学理论认为，针灸对穴位的刺激能激发经络功能，调节阴阳，活血理气，升清降浊，从而起到治疗作用。主要包括取穴、刺灸和艾灸等方法。①取穴。即确定穴位，穴位为经络、脏腑气血所输注，治疗上特定的针灸刺激点，又称腧穴。穴位多分布在肌间、关节、骨骼前后和血管所在处。有关资料记载各类家畜的穴位数：马173个、牛103个、猪85个、羊75个、骆驼77个、犬76个、兔51个、猫32个、鸡34个、鸭35个。②刺灸。针刺疗法，有多种方法，各有其特点和适应症，有时也相互配合使用。白针（冷针）是使用宽针、毫针、圆利针在血针穴以外的穴位上针刺。火针是先将针具包裹棉球，蘸取植物油燃烧，再按白针穴位刺入，兼有针和灸两种作用。血针是宽针、三棱针或眉刀扎进有血管或浅表静脉丛处的穴位，刺之出血。穿黄针用尾部有小孔的宽针穿引马尾或蘸有药物的绳，引线排流黄水。电针是在针刺的同时加以脉冲电流刺激，以增强治疗效果，也可作针刺麻醉。水针又称小剂量药物穴位注射法，是针药结合疗法。其他还有气针、穴位埋植、磁针微波针和激光穴位照射法等。③艾灸。通常是用点燃的艾炷或艾卷直接或间接（隔以姜片、蒜片或其他药物）放在体表穴位上施灸，予以温热刺激的一种疗法。与此类似的还有温熨法。此外还有传统的烧烙术，用以治疗某些大牲畜的疾病。 |
