Objective To observe the curative effect of warming needle moxibustion in treating knee osteoarthritis(KOA) with kidney-marrow deficiency syndrome and explore its mechanism.
目的观察温针灸治疗肾虚髓亏型膝骨性关节炎的疗效及机制。
补充资料：肾虚寒证
肾虚寒证 肾虚寒证 证名。肾气亏损，肾阳虚衰所致的证候。《备急千金要方》卷十九：“病苦心中闷，下重足肿不可以按地，名曰肾虚寒也。”《三因极一病证方论·肾膀胱经虚实寒热证治》：“肾虚寒，阴痿，腰脊痛，身重，缓弱，足腰不可以按，语音混浊，阳气顿绝。”伴见耳鸣、目眩、小便清长等证。治宜温补肾阳，选用温肾散、益志汤、人参补肾汤、金匮肾气丸等方。
